Polyurethane Dispersions (PUDs)

Dura Pro™ Polyurethane Dispersions (PUDs) are polymers derived from isocyanate reactions. The adhesives are polymerized in water to produce a thermoplastic polyurethane emulsion which is thermoplastic and cross-linkable when reactivated with heat. Dura Pro™ PUDs have excellent resistance to weathering, plasticizers and solvents.

Dura Pro™ (PUDs) can be used in similar applications as solvent-based polyurethanes including cabinet doors, furniture, packaging, paint formulations, plastic to glass bonding in the automotive industry, textile-cloth fibers, foam backed carpets, etc.
